VM_DISPLAY_TEXT_EX OPTIONS, START_TILE

Renders text in the defined layer (overlay by default).

• OPTIONS: Text rendering options:
  .DISPLAY_DEFAULT - Default behavior.
  .DISPLAY_PRESERVE_POS - Preserve text position.
• START_TILE: Tile number within the text rendering area to be rendered from; use .TEXT_TILE_CONTINUE to proceed from the current position.
