Triggers animated movement of the overlay window to a new position.

• X: X-coordinate of the new position.
• Y: Y-coordinate of the new position.
• SPEED: speed of the movement:
  .OVERLAY_IN_SPEED - Default speed for appearing of the overlay.
  .OVERLAY_OUT_SPEED - Default speed for disappearing of the overlay.
  .OVERLAY_SPEED_INSTANT - Instant movement.
